I supply and use all my own cleaning supplies and cleansers for whole house cleanings. With the exception of Steam Cleaners and Vacuums.
My cleaning equipment consists of sponge scrubbers, cleaning cloths, polishing cloths, microfiber cloths, paper towels, 3M scouring pads, pumice stones, razor blades, tooth pics, Q-tips, scrapers, a large paint brush (my smaller broom), scrub brushes, regular and soft metal toothbrushes, Mr. Clean magic erasers, hand and floor lint/hair rollers, brooms, dust pans, cotton and microfiber mops, buckets, a ladder and a spot light.
My cleansers include a pleasant orange citrus scent biodegradable hard floor cleaner. Safe and serviceable on solid hard wood, laminate, linoleum, ceramic and vinyl flooring's. I also supply and use Palmolive Oxy Power and Degreaser dish washing detergent,. Murphy's oil soap, Mrs. Meyer's scrub cleanser, Barkeepers Friend scouring powder and liquid scrub, Weiman stainless steel cleaner and polisher, display cleaner for smart TV's and PC monitors, lemon Pledge, glass cleaner, Goo Gone, CLR, Clorox bleach, Old English lemon wood oil (light and dark) and Thomasville wood treatment and polish. And several dynamic cleansers designed for the removing of hard water deposits, soap films, and oxidation.
I carry a ladder for accessing the higher places. Like for cleaning the top of refrigerators, ceiling fans, removing and cleaning ceiling light fixtures and bulbs, cleaning higher hanging decorative wall art or for cleaning the higher parts of or on top of kitchen and bath cabinets. It also comes in handy for getting the top of China cabinets and other higher standing furniture.
I also always carry a 500 watt spotlight that I use in my home cleanings. It lights things up brighter than daylight for the cases of low lighting in homes or rooms. It's portable with a 25 foot heavy duty extension chord. So I can use it to light up a room, wall, corner or closet. Or to shine behind or under furniture like TV's, beds and other furniture that is more difficult and/or not practical to be moving.
Many homes or rooms in use only 60 watt bulbs in their ceiling light fixtures or lamps. Which is what they are probably rated for. This I find is not always enough lighting when cleaning in most homes or rooms for my detailed cleanings. Especially when there are no, few, or covered windows in such rooms. My spotlight providing me more than ample lighting for my cleanings. It's also very useful for cleaning in homes later into the nights since I offer and clean for others now up too and past midnight. Still having better and more direct lighting than if I was to be doing during the day.
More capable and versatile than most. I move the heavier furniture for much more thorough cleanings. Like couches, chairs, dining and coffee tables when it's practical to do so. Steam clean carpeting or large area rugs. Clean behind and the backs of TV's and their entertainment centers or behind computer desks and areas. Especially where wires and electrical strips collect dust and dirt that aren't always accessed so easily. As well as cleaning out fireplaces, porches and garages.
Providing the skills and courtesy at the highest standards many would like, want and/or expect from their professional home cleaner. Including and performing additional professional and personal services above and beyond thorough home cleanings. Bringing more flexibility and versatility along with for virtually any particular need. There are essentially no areas of a home, in a home, or on the properties of, I won't professionally and thoroughly clean.
Serving Albuquerque, New Mexico and surrounding areas consistently with Detail and Pride.
