Shift and Rate Options

With any shift one chooses, one should add at least an hour for how long I would actually be there. I add that to absorb times for when we get to talking or when taking breaks. This also accounts for the time loading and unloading of my supplies and to assure one gets their shift time performed in work. Then hardly do the tasks needing to be done end when any particular shift time does. I'll give extra time and work, and believe it's just good business to do so.

For Weekly and Biweekly Cleanings

1 hour for $50.00
Ideal for those that would like particular areas cleaned in their home regularly. Cleaning their own homes or perhaps using other limited and basic cleaners. But things requiring ladders or are that much dirtier to clean like fireplaces, get overlooked for periods of time. Not getting thoroughly cleaned or washed regularly, if ever.
3 hours for $100.00
Ideal for those with smaller homes that could use regular cleanings and also have fit easier into one's budget. Getting baths and all floors done or the things they would like cleaned on a regular basis. If the same things or different things cleaned each time. Or a little of both.

2 hours for $75.00
Ideal for those needing just their floors, kitchen or baths cleaned regularly. For example, for those that can't or wouldn't want to be cleaning their bathrooms thoroughly like a professional cleaner would. Investing a minimal amount to have specific areas cleaned regularly, while not compromising on the quality of work they receive.
4 hours for $125.00
Ideal for those that would like more of their home cleaned by a cleaning professional. Having furniture moved for under and behind them cleanings. Receiving detailed cleanings of the places and rooms used regularly throughout their home. Typically their bathrooms, kitchens, furniture and floors cleaned exceptionally well.

6 hours for $150.00
8 hours for $200.00

One time Move In or Out Cleanings

I've had these range from $200.00 for smaller apartments (studios) to $500.00 for larger homes with 3 or 4 bathrooms for the average dirty home..Which means there is typically a large master bath consisting of a separate and larger tub, a separate shower area and several sinks and a separate toilet room.

For a more detailed or determined rate that I would charge for any particular one time clean, it would be helpful for one to inform me of how many baths it has and the square footage of the home and an idea of the condition of. The typical home with a large master bath seems to take me two .8 hour shifts, coming to $400.00.

The condition of a home and how dirty things are is also a factor. My last one time clean of an average size home in the middle of October 2019 was $600.00. Three 8 hour shifts. With animal feces throughout the home, most the walls and doors needed to be washed good, ceiling fans never cleaned, fridge and oven never cleaned, microwave never cleaned, ceilings and walls needed to be cleaned of dust from ceiling fans constantly going and of cob webs. Floors needed several cleanings to get them where they should be. This is typically the exception. But as I clean sight unseen, I rely on good communications to give one a more realistic rate for the detailed and thorough cleans I provide. Than either of us needing to contend with additional fees as "more unexpected time" is needed by me to get things where they should be. Due to a lack of specifics in communications.

In my over 10 years of professional cleaning, I have yet to come up with a client "over estimating" the time it would take to clean their home good. An empty home does make it easier to clean things, but then there is also nothing to hide the dirt, so much more needs to be cleaned as one can see all the baseboards, walls and doors as there is not things covering them, or around or on them, to distract from.

I bring several 500 watt spot lights when I clean. So I can see the "actual" condition of things when cleaning. If inside cabinets or ovens, or walls, closets and rooms and/or all the floors. My lights showing me every spec or hair or any type of debris that is on them. Or when pulling out fridges to clean under and behind them. They (my lights) follow me around to whatever areas I am cleaning. So most don't know or want to know the dirt that I can see and find. Which is fine. I still need to take the time to do it right and thorough. Which is why I use my lights in the first place..

Any home can "look" clean with quick wipes of things under 60 watt bulb lighting that are typically in most fixtures in homes. Even when in reality it's pretty dirty.  It's just that one can't "see" the dirt to know to clean it. Or the cleaners, that are cleaning in those very conditions.. Which is why I am usually spending much more time than the average cleaner, to clean "good".

Cleaning ceiling light fixtures/fans, baseboards, all floors, inside/outside cabinets, inside outside fridges and stoves/ovens,  all window sills, walls and doors where needed, garages and floors of if needed, porches and yards if needed. I also clean/wash inside/outside windows if needed. None of these areas are difficult to do in themselves. But to do a detailed cleaning of all/most things in a home, that is empty and most likely and many times hasn't been kept up with regular cleanings, takes more time. As one would be cleaning months or years worth of dirt and not a week or two's worth like I typically do with my regular cleaning clients. .

Much more work (effort in washing/scrubbing) is usually needed and many more supplies are used as well. So as they are more costly, (for us both) one is actually getting a much better rate at $25.00 an hour for them, from a professional cleaner. What most charge (if not more) to clean. I am simply using more time for very thorough and my detailed cleanings of. And since I need to use more time (hours) for to accomplish, the rates can be reduced for. Like with most anything, purchase more, pay less overall. And typically with one time cleans, more time is needed to do them in general. .To receive exceptional cleans, even more.
